Unfortunately, the quality of the product itself was extremely disappointing. The color of the logo was incorrect, and the print quality was poor across many items – some were damaged, and many couldn't withstand even the slightest contact without peeling or rubbing off. When we raised these issues with the supplier, the response was far from satisfactory. Instead of taking responsibility, they argued that we hadn’t specifically inquired about whether defective products might be included in the shipment. This response would be almost amusing if it weren’t so frustrating. If you're considering this supplier, I highly recommend ordering a test batch first, as their quality standards do not seem to meet the minimum requirements.
